Since the beginning of Iron Swords war, Fattal hotels chain has been the home for all people who were evacuated from their houses in the south and north. In all the chaos we experienced there was a light of giving, mutual help and human love. These are the core values of the Fattal hotel chain and of the company’s employees!
Fattal opened the new Lev Fattal Ichilov Patient Hotel in March 2023, providing pediatric cancer patients and their families with free, convenient accommodation at Tel Aviv’s Ichilov Hospital. The 22-room hotel also offers classes and activities and is managed by the Rachashei Lev Children’s cancer support center.
In September 2023, Fattal will open a unique guesthouse for children with cancer and their families next to Haifa’s Rambam Hospital. This home away from home, created in cooperation with Lev Chash, includes 15 guest rooms, a dining hall, and a study center, helping kids recover in a supportive environment.
Fattal works closely with non-profits like Larger Than Life and HaKav HaMeached to improve the lives of children with serious illnesses. Our hotels host various special parties, bar mitzvahs, and other activities throughout the year, including an annual Eilat event for some 150 sick kids and their families.
Since day one, the Fattal Group has promoted an inclusive workplace that recognizes the diverse talents of people with disabilities. Fattal’s proactive recruitment policy is designed to help people with various special needs become productive staff members in all hotel departments.
Leonardo Hotels Central Europe’s LeoDo program is committed to helping the community via the “three Ps” – People, Planet, Profit. LeoDo participates in dozens of special projects every year, with initiatives designed to promote sustainability and assist those in need, including orphaned children and people with disabilities.
Even one hot meal a day can make a massive difference to people living in poverty. Fattal has partnered with food rescue organizations like Latet and Leket Israel to combat food insecurity nationwide, donating huge amounts of nutritious surplus food to needy families and soup kitchens.
Each Fattal hotel is dedicated to “adopting” local non-profits that assist those in need, such as at-risk children, Holocaust survivors, people with disabilities, and more. The hotels regularly host special events for these groups, while staff members often lend a helping hand with activities and repairs.
