The first of these hotels, Bachar House, opened earlier this year. An exceptional urban heritage building dating from 1922 on Tel Aviv’s iconic Rothschild Boulevard, Bachar House is home to 26 luxurious guest rooms and five spa rooms, as well as a large rooftop venue that offers outstanding views of the surrounding metropolis.
In 2021, Fattal’s impressive portfolio of eight Tel Aviv hotels will grow by two. Representing the meeting point between vibrant Rothschild Boulevard and picturesque Neve Tzedek, the Lilienblum 15 hotel will present some 60 rooms in a 1937 heritage building. The hotel will also include a café, lavish lobby lounge, and rooftop pool with incredible views.
Kabbalah Center House, the other Tel Aviv hotel opening in 2021, will showcase a unique leisure and wellness concept within a historic White City building. Ideally situated close to Dizengoff Square, this eye-catching hotel will also offer vacationers a restaurant, rooftop pool, and health & fitness complex.
Three Jerusalem hotels are slated to join Fattal’s boutique revolution, beginning with the new NYX Jerusalem in 2021. This 168-room hotel (including 12 suites) will link past and future amid the colorful Mahane Yehuda Market, creating the ultimate fusion of authentic culture and cosmopolitan style in two buildings that include a swimming pool, rooftop bar, restaurant, and exclusive stores along Jaffa Street.
In 2022, NYX Jerusalem will be joined by the nearby Alliance House – a beloved Jerusalem landmark that is being transformed into a luxurious 90-room boutique hotel through the addition of a new modern level. The hotel will also include its own restaurant on a charming patio at the heart of the building.
Then, in early 2023, Shmuel HaNagid House in Jerusalem will open its doors as Fattal’s sixth hotel in the capital. Close to the Great Synagogue, this luxury hotel will include 72 rooms in a heritage building that seamlessly incorporates several new floors, plus a spectacular rooftop with views of the Old City.
These six new hotels represent a thrilling step forward for urban boutique accommodation in Israel, and this is only the first stage in what promises to be a hugely popular venture for the Fattal Hotel Group in Israel and Europe. Check back for more information about forthcoming hotels from Fattal.
